Mr. Arakdet Udomsiritamrong, Deputy CEO of Orsirin Holding Public Company Limited (ORN), revealed that currently, ORN has over 30 ongoing projects with a backlog of 2,603.70 million baht. The sales distribution from horizontal projects accounts for 29.78%, including projects like Belief Ring Road-Sankamphaeng, Habitat Ring Road-Sankamphaeng, Habitat Superhighway, while vertical projects make up 70.22%, including projects like Arise Charoenmuang, Arise Hill, and Arise Phuket. The project "ARISE Vibe Phuket" in Phuket will start recognizing revenue from Q4/68 onwards.

The demand for housing in key tourist cities such as Chiang Mai and Phuket continues to grow positively. ORN has projects that meet the needs of both Thai and foreign customers across all segments. The company expects to continuously increase sales by preparing special campaigns and promotions for all ongoing projects to stimulate purchasing decisions and expedite ownership transfers by the end of the year to meet set targets.

Furthermore, the company continues to advance its subsidiary business for stable growth. The Mill Hill International School Thailand is preparing to accept students for the new academic year, while the community mall project THE BACKYARD has over 70% of rental shops leased and is set to open in early 2569.

For the financial results for the first 9 months of 2568, the company reported total revenue of 1,418.57 million baht and a net profit of 134.85 million baht, an increase of 108.24%. In Q3 of 2568, the company had total revenue of 616.94 million baht and a net profit of 71.16 million baht, up by 25.60%.
